Indeed; AFAIK you're credited in the readme, though I did have to go check!
This map is about killing gazillions of knights and orges with shotgun and axe only. And as mockey author put nail boxes on every corner.
AAS: Good point.
The problem is that this map has not been optimized for a "shotgun start", but is instead meant to be played directly after lthsp2. The nail boxes are meant to be provide ammo for nail weapons picked up in the previous map.
Just added a note to the map description, and did the same for lthsp2.
Couldnt find the damn exit to lthsp2 so I shotgun started this map. Terrible mistake, what a shitshow. How is it even possible to not balance a map for shotgun start? Did he only test the map after playing through the other map first? Then make some changes and play through both maps again? Stupid.
Terrible review. It's possible to make a conscious choice to make a map not balanced for shotgun start, like id did.
I found this pleasantly enjoyable without breaking any barriers or provding any surprises. That is lukewarm praise, but it's praise.
