Not sure if I just missed some stash or if this map really has not enuogh ammo on Normal skill. Felt like crap because of that.
i didn't find the secret, but i made it through with enough ammo on normal (skill 1), with no axing... i use the requiem engine.
Map wasn't that bad, just enemies and item placement was not the best part of it. Rooms are very simple, maybe except the chapel with coffin. Too much Scrags for sure. I found a secret because I forgot to do "gl_zfix", so it doesn't count... Final battle is a little bit unfair, but you can see how I "cheated" in my 2nd playthrough ;)
This is a jumble of incongruous elements... at one point, the player has to cross a lava river that has snow-covered banks (!) on both sides. The chapel room is the only part of the map that's really well-crafted.
Pretty alright level, can't really understand the 1's here. Decent sense of space, the monster/enemy placement is decent, texture and brush work is a bit wonky but not game breaking. Solid stuff.
