Mundane and rather outdated, but still enjoyable enough to replay more than once.
I belive this map is from SOE mod.
Yes, it's part of Soul of Evil as well as being a standalone map. But the standalone came first -- see this interview with the author, which discusses TCoA but not SOE: https://www.quaddicted.com/interviews/trinca
If I remember rightly, the version in Soul of Evil is a lot harder than this one -- perhaps only at the end, when the dragons turn up.
Oh, my mistake this map was incorporated into New Soul of Evil, not the original Soul of Evil. See the comments in https://www.quaddicted.com/reviews/nsoe2.html
A pleasant old school experience. After you get geared up, it has a pretty nice flow. Great for a casual play, because adequate ammo, health, and cover are provided (on normal anyway).
