Great old-school map with a lot of attention to detail. There are three distinct parts of the map that are done in different architectural styles, but it doesn't feel haphazard. Gameplay is good, especially the intense final combat. Secrets (I found 3/3) were intuitive without being obvious.
Pretty solid map with some interesting traps and simple but pleasant visuals. Too much of it is boring single-barrel gameplay though, the double-barrel isn't even in the level.
I really enjoyed this map and believe this is the level designer's best work that he has released. This map has everything you could want while playing a custom quake map. IT has engaging combat and plenty of secrets to discover while being varied in theme and design in order to keep the player interested in the map. This is a great 1997 old school quake level that i would highly recommend playing and give it a four out of five rating.
