Pretty much exactly what it says on the tin: a map full of traps. Kind of fun, but a little bland. The spiders look nice, but are very unthreatening (which is not necessarily a problem, though).

On the lower end of 3 to me.

Not so much difference from houstrps, so my mark is the same. Although, there is nice start level. And I finally found level exit...

Better looking than most 1996 maps, with as usual, some original ideas. Curious layout. Progression gets a bit annoying as the buttons use a hard to see texture, luckly, all of them use the same one. Difficulty lower than ID maps. Good amount and placement of ammo/armour/health. No gameplay issues.

The spider it is a bit more threatening than what it seems: as it uses the same sounds as the shalrath, your instinct tells you that you are surroundded by shalraths and instictively search for them, even behind walls.

The start map is a quite good one for 1996. It deserves to have its own proper episode, not just for this small map.

A decent little map, the custom spiders were a nice touch. The titular "traps" were not very difficult, usually in the form of obvious lava pits and moving floors. Also not terribly challenging combat, but still a few tense platforming moments. I'd say this is firmly average for its time.

Overall average map. Did not care for the spiders as much, there attacks always missed and the noise they made each time... super annoying. Where is the exit...?
