It's a 4/5 from me. I agree with Luna's Loyal Subject that the gathering zombie threat was excellent, but the map is just too small, too blocky and too old-fashioned to get the full five stars. The over-use of teleports also feels like a bit of a cop-out, where later Necros maps would work harder to tie all the geography together organically. Still, it's fun to play, which counts for a lot. (That's why I gave the 4 rather than the 3 that it arguably merits.)
