I know that Scourge of Armagon and Dissolution of Eternity were both sold as separate CD releases, but were both mission packs actually sold as one disc as well? Does that mean the link below is a legitimate release? If so, does it include both mission packs' soundtracks?
The cover looks pretty good for a pirate shovelware disc. But there's no way to stuff two soundtracks on one CD, at least not like it was done in Quake and some other games of the era. Which is why I don't think it's official.
more likely two cds in a bundle and only a custom cover image used for the amazon page
Pretty sure it is legit. I just bought one cheaply off ebay, we shall see.

Had no idea that was a real release. So if both mission packs have separate soundtracks, why does this one only have one soundtrack? Odd...

It's not like they're very different.
Seriously though, I wonder which tracks went there. Probably cherry-picked from two soundtracks, but it's hard to match some of the times. Also, there was apparently an edition with the main game included and the Reznor soundtrack.
Quick, non-archival dump of the audio so someone can check which tracks there are: https://transfer.sh/vTEhp/audio.zip
The music you posted is from MP1.
Track 9 is from MP2. Can't verify if it was included in MP1 right now.
