A mixture of styles. Feels like random unfinished maps slapped together. The parts are nice by themselves but they do not really work together. Worth playing anyways!

I have to respectfully disagree with Spirit on this one: I thought the transition was rather well done, lending a sense of story to this map. The logic behind a military warehouse accessed via a church is debatable but hey, Quake has never been about realism anyway. I'd even say that the game's surrealism is an integral part of its charm. It is a bit unfortunate that the warehouse and the actual "base" aren't physically connected (maybe this is why Spirit talked about "maps slapped together") but it didn't really bother me. Speaking of "base", it's more like an arena, really. An arena with very few monsters to fight. Could have used more.

I enjoyed this, hands down Juha's best map that I've played so far. Now on to the last one...

Very good quake map with a mixture of themes that keeps the map compelling and interesting to explore. There is also good amount of secrets hidden within the level waiting to be discovered by the player. I would highly recommend downloading and playing this quake as it gets a four out of five rating from me.

A fun map and quite good for 1997. The mixture of styles doesn't bother me; all the individual sections look good, and the transitions aren't too abrupt. The secrets are clever.
