As for me it is most beautifull Nehahra map with high attentions to details and incredible modern look afer 20 years from release.
Ah, clean-cut yet multi-layered 2000s mapping and the ambitious Nehahra featuring all the prominent aspects of the era. Pretty good use of IKBase from DaMaul here that plays well enough on its own. So thanks to whoever converted it to AD for fifteen minutes of nostalgic blast.
Quite fun, though of course nowhere near as striking as it would have been when Nehahra was first released. The interesting thing for me was that, never having played Nehahra, I found that the style of base was very much what I think of as "Rubicon style" -- a style that I now realise goes back some way further than Rubicon.
Brings back memories of what was the best at the time and one of levels I really remembered being amazed with while playing Nehahra. It's interesting to play back now, it's actually a little bit linear at times and not as detailed as levels these days, but mostly it's quite easy. Big blocky 2000 architecture and I still love ikbase. I don't remember Nehahra being this easy, maybe the conversion lost Nehahara's modified enemy AI and ad's enemies weren't really used much. This would benefit from a lot more enemies and maybe some modern upgrades and detailing like that cave.
