As always, [Kona] has brought a new look and feel to the table with new textures and his unique style or architecture and level design. [Kona] also loves to throw in a ton of monsters for you to battle with and this time you may just have your work cut out for you. Around 200 enemies fill this level featuring almost every Quake II enemy there is.

Most of the level is pretty linear as far as your path goes but you do get plenty of Strogg attacking you from above. There are plenty of surprise attacks with some even bringing back memories of old Doom levels. Farther along the level you will venture upstairs which will give way to plenty more action and great visuals. The map also works in circles, bringing you back to areas you’ve already conquered. This is not a monotonous venture because each time you re-enter the area there are new enemies for you to wreak havoc upon.

This is another great work from [Kona] that deserves a spot in your Quake II archive. By all means, download away.
