One of the best maps by Yooshin Yang, Blood-red Sunset is filled to the brim to quench your single play thirst. The gameplay is a little below par when compared with the other maps created by Yooshin. This doesn’t mean that the map is boring, it’s more predictable with it’s, around every corner, monster placement. Weapon choices are done well giving you mostly the weaker weapons. This does help balance out the maps predictability.

What really sets this map apart from Yooshin’s other attempts is it focus on detail and design. Plenty of eye catching areas fill the level. Fantastic choices with textures, architecture and the layout of the map is very well thought out. Great atmosphere also compliments this level.

This is truly a classic Single Player map worthy of anyone’s collection. If you’ve enjoyed Yooshin Yang’s other work then this one will become an instant favorite.
